Carla is raised at a farm in Brabant, The Netherlands. Carla aims to be of added value for people, organizations and the environment in health, longevity and wellbeing. Carla gained a bachelor and masters degree in scientific educations with a medical orientation. At the start of her professional career she became interested in the prevention of bacterial infections by vaccinations increasing immunity. She reached a PhD in Immunology at the Medical Faculty. During ten years she was active in this area being a manager and international project leader for developing a new generation bacterial vaccine. After this period she changed her focus to prevention and facilitating crises of organizations for developing vital organizations caring for people and the environment. To her opinion an organization is a living subject. Being a CEO and transition manager she experiences a large impact on health, longevity and wellbeing of people, organizations and environment. During transitions she is using an integrative approach on personal, organizational and environmental level. Her knowledge on business development is educated at highly qualified institutes and universities at national and international level. Since 1996 spiritual, emotional and personal development became part of her living. She is educated in teaching meditation and practised Ikebana and Kendo for several years. She aims to act responsibly for People Planet Profit and Prosperity. The past 15 years Corporate Social Responsibility became part of her way of living. continue...
